ACE‑031 is a recombinant fusion protein. It consists of the extracellular domain of activin receptor type IIB fused to human IgG1‑Fc fragment. It is widely used for laboratory experimental research on TGF‑beta superfamily signaling, myostatin‑related pathways, muscle tissue and bone metabolism model studies.

Reconstitution Instruction

Important: ACE‑031 is water‑soluble fusion protein. BAC water can be used for reconstitution. Allow vial to reach room temperature before opening. Add solvent slowly along the inner wall of vial. Swirl gently to dissolve, DO NOT shake vigorously to avoid protein foaming and denaturation.

Storage Condition

Unopened lyophilized powder store at ‑20℃, keep dry and avoid light. After reconstitution, store at 2‑8℃, avoid repeated freeze‑thaw cycles and use within 45 days.
